Walk & Talk Therapy

Sometimes healing feels more natural outside the office. Walk & Talk therapy combines traditional talk therapy with the calming effects of movement in nature.

Our approach:
We’ll walk at your pace in a safe, agreed-upon location. Sessions combine therapeutic conversation with the benefits of being outdoors.

Important Note About Insurance
Insurance does not cover Walk & Talk therapy, and we do not bill insurance for these sessions. All Walk & Talk services are offered on a self-pay basis.

Please note that this service is only offered to current clients and is subject to provider availability.

  • We utilize locations in the Little Rock area for this type of therapy.

    Patient safety and confidentiality is always our first priority. We have selected a few locations and routes that are accessible to all.

    After your initial consultation and first session we can discuss this therapy as a resource that might help you.

    You must come to the main office for your first session before walk and talk therapy can be started.
