Client Referrals.

At Your Choice Mental Health Therapy, we understand that mental health concerns can arise in various settings. This is why we prioritize offering a seamless referral process for our community's professionals to connect their clients and patients with the mental health care they require.

We will make three attempts to contact the client. Our first attempt will be within 48 hours of receiving the form, and the second and third attempts will be made within 10 days. We will keep you informed if the client is successfully scheduled or if we have made three attempts without reaching the client.
