ABOUT US

Support that meets you where you are

Your Choice Therapy exists because we believe that every person deserves a space where they can be honest, be heard, and be met without judgment.

We work with adults who are ready to do something different — not because life is falling apart, but because something better is possible.

Our Philosophy

We want to support you in reaching your full potential, and we're here to help you get there.

Why We're Here

Mental health care should feel like a choice — not a last resort, not a privilege, and not a space where you have to shrink yourself to be accepted. That's why we built Your Choice Mental Health Therapy.

We are based in Little Rock, Arkansas, built on the belief that quality mental health care belongs to everyone. Our providers bring clinical expertise and genuine investment in the communities we serve — LGBTQ+ individuals, adults navigating identity and transition, and anyone who has ever felt like traditional therapy wasn't built with them in mind.

We offer individual therapy across a range of approaches, with both in-person and telehealth options available throughout Arkansas and select PSYPACT states. Whether you're walking into therapy for the first time or returning after a difficult experience elsewhere, we meet you where you are.

This isn't a revolving door practice. We keep our caseloads intentional so that every client gets a therapist who is present, prepared, and genuinely invested in their progress. We believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of everything — and we take that seriously.

Your choice to seek support is a brave one. We don't take it lightly.

Meet your therapist

Jordan Williams, Ph.D

Clinical Psychologist

Hi, I'm Jordan. I'm glad you're here!

I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach to therapy — one that centers your unique life experiences. Together, we'll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and physical responses are shaped by your past and show up in your present.

By connecting the dots between what you've been through and where you are now, we can work toward the future you want with greater clarity and purpose.

I support adults navigating real-life challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and identity-related concerns. I'm especially passionate about providing affirming care for individuals from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds.
