ABOUT US

A practice built on showing up fully for you

Your Choice Therapy exists because we believe that every person deserves a space where they can be honest, be heard, and be met without judgment.

We work with adults who are ready to do something different — not because life is falling apart, but because something better is possible.

Our Philosophy

We want to support you in reaching your full potential, and we're here to help you get there.

  • We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Your experiences, your pace, your goals — therapy here is built around you.

  • Healing isn't linear and it doesn't have a deadline. We meet you where you are and move forward when you're ready.

  • We're committed to creating a space where people from all walks of life, backgrounds, and identities feel seen and supported.

Hi, I'm Jordan. I'm glad you're here.

I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach to therapy — one that centers your unique life experiences. Together, we'll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and physical responses are shaped by your past and show up in your present.

By connecting the dots between what you've been through and where you are now, we can work toward the future you want with greater clarity and purpose.

I support adults navigating real-life challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and identity-related concerns. I'm especially passionate about providing affirming care for individuals from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds.

"My style is warm, non-judgmental, and client-centered. You're the expert on your life — I'm here to offer support, tools, and space for growth at your pace."
