Services we don't offer
- Medication or prescriptions — We don't prescribe, manage, or monitor medications.
- Court testimony — We don't offer voluntary testimony. Subpoenas are handled as legally required.
- Detailed documentation — No disability paperwork, FMLA, or legal forms. We can provide a basic verification letter.
- Specialized evaluations — No assessments for marijuana, employment, immigration, or fitness-to-serve.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 501-200-1119 and follow the instructions. Emails are not accepted for cancellations at this time, as we may not receive them in a timely manner.
Late cancellations and no-shows are treated the same. A tiered fee schedule applies:
- Courtesy waiver for your first late cancellation or no-show.
- $30 fee for the second late cancellation or no-show.
- $60 fee for the third late cancellation or no-show.
- $120 fee for each subsequent late cancellation or no-show.
These fees are not covered by insurance and will be billed to the card on file.
