Common Questions

Here are some answers to the most common questions we get asked.

  • Absolutely! We accept a wide range of insurance plans.

To get a clearer idea of your potential costs, we invite you to fill out our intake paperwork. Then, during your initial complimentary session, our provider will happily discuss your estimated expenses with you. This way, you'll have all the information you need to make informed decisions about your care.

  • At our clinic, therapy costs vary depending on factors such as clinician experience and the specific services you require. To obtain accurate pricing information, please fill out our intake form, and we'll reach out to you.

Your initial consultation is always free.

Service fees can range from $0 to $250, depending on factors such as your insurance coverage, the nature of your therapy needs, and the duration of your sessions. Completing the intake will help us provide you with an estimated price.

  • Absolutely, therapy can be incredibly beneficial.

Counseling offers you a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself, without any pressure to conform or follow a specific path. While therapy may require some effort and might occasionally lead to discomfort, it's important to remember that the majority of individuals who engage in counseling leave with a profound sense of fulfillment and believe that the time and energy they invest in it are highly rewarding.

  • It's important to feel like you connect with someone if they're going to be your counselor and build trust with you. Most therapists offer consultations to determine if they will be a good fit for you. We offer a free 15-minute virtual consultation for people interested in therapy.

Ultimately, it is your decision, and it's one that you can make!
