You don't have to
figure it out alone.
Expert, professional therapy — in person in Little Rock or online. We're here when you're ready.
Real Therapy. Real Results.
You're not broken. You're not "too much." You're just in the middle of something — and you're looking for someone who actually gets that.
At Your Choice Mental Health Therapy, we work with adults who are tired of going through the motions. Maybe you're carrying more than you let on. Maybe your relationship is running on fumes. Maybe you've been telling yourself you're fine for so long you almost believe it.
We're a central Arkansas practice built on one idea: therapy should meet you where you are, not where someone thinks you should be. Through therapy sessions we help you set goals that actually make sense for your life — and then we help you get there.
No jargon. No judgment. Just real work with someone in your corner.
Not sure if therapy is right for you?
That’s okay—most people feel that way at first. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. If something in your life feels heavy, stuck, or off track, we’re here to help you sort through it.
We work with adults facing things like stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or just trying to make sense of life’s changes. Therapy can be a space to breathe, reflect, and grow—on your terms.
You Deserve to Be Heard
Starting therapy takes courage — and we're glad you're here. Whether you're going through something difficult or just ready for a change, you don't have to figure it out alone.
We work with adults 18 and older, offering practical, judgment-free support built around your goals. This is your space to feel heard, understood, and empowered — at your own pace.
Whenever you're ready, we're here.

What if I don't have insurance?
No insurance? No problem. We welcome self-pay clients and are happy to discuss session rates before you book.
If your insurance is out of network, we can provide a superbill after each visit. You can submit it to your insurer to request reimbursement on your own.
Struggling alone isn't strength. Asking for help is.
You're not looking for someone to nod and hand you a worksheet. You want a therapist who gets it — the anxiety that won't quiet down, the relationship stuff you can't untangle alone, the grief you're still carrying. Our licensed Arkansas therapists offer real support without the pretense. No judgment, no jargon. Just honest help from people who actually care how you're doing.
