Our LGBTQ+ Support Group is here for you in a world that often seems challenging and unaccepting. We provide a safe environment where individuals from all walks of life can come together to share their experiences, triumphs, and struggles. Our group is more than just a meeting place; it's a community where every member is valued and every story is honored. We strive to empower our members, offering not just support but tools and resources to navigate life confidently and authentically.

Meeting Time: Every other Monday, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
Location: Main Office, 7509 Cantrell Rd Little Rock | Suite 221 Preregistration is required.
Facilitator: Jordan Williams, PhD. Clinical Psychologist with years of experience in LGBTQ+ advocacy and support.
Session Format: Each meeting includes open discussions, coping skills, and occasional breakout groups.
Membership: Open to individuals 18 and older, identifying as LGBTQ+ or questioning.
Safety Measures: Confidentiality and respect for each member's privacy are paramount in all sessions.
Cost: $0 - $55 per session.

Group Therapy ($55.00)
Our Group Therapy service is an affordable + effective way to receive therapy in a group setting.
The cost for each group therapy session is $55.00. Depending on the insurance you have, you may only have to pay a small co-pay.

Group therapy can provide a range of benefits, including: feeling less alone, gaining new insights and perspectives, developing coping strategies, improving communication and interpersonal skills, and providing emotional support.

The number of participants in a group therapy session can vary, but groups usually consist of 6 to 10 people.
We like to keep groups on the smaller side as this allows you to bond with others while still experiencing diversity and growth.

The length of group therapy can vary, but most groups meet weekly or biweekly for about 1 hour per session.
The duration of the group therapy program can range from a few weeks to several months, depending on the specific program and goals. We welcome newcomers to join at anytime however as most of our groups carry over.

Yes, group therapy is confidential. Participants are asked to keep what is shared in the group confidential, and therapists are bound by ethical guidelines to protect the privacy of their clients.
While we only encourage you to share what you feel comfortable with, know that growth happens when you start to build trust with others and share similar experiences.

In individual therapy, much of the focus is on the relationship between the client and the therapist, while in group therapy, the focus is on the relationship between the group members.
Individual therapy can provide more personalized attention, while group therapy can provide more opportunities for support and learning from others.
