After your free consultation, we typically recommend meeting in person to build a stronger connection. But if virtual sessions work better for you, we’re happy to continue therapy online or by phone. Your comfort and convenience come first.

If you plan to use insurance, we’ll verify your mental health benefits right after your consultation so you know exactly what’s covered and what to expect. No surprise bills.
