Jordan Williams, Ph.D.
I’m Jordan! It’s great to see you taking the first steps on your mental health journey.
About me
As a psychologist, I work with people with real-life concerns like depression, anxiety, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ issues, and trauma. Within these areas, I have a particular focus on helping women, people of color, and LGBTQ populations. With over eight years of experience, I work on developing insight, improving self-esteem, and building resiliency practices that you can implement into your daily life.
I approach counseling from a non-judgmental lens and believe the client is in control of their own life and treatment. I intend to create a warm, collaborative, non-biased space to allow for growth and healing.
I look forward to joining you on your mental health journey. My goal as your therapist is simple: help you learn and grow as the person you want to be. How we do that together is up to you.

You are trying to figure out if therapy is the right choice. Just being here today is a big first step. Remember that you are not alone, ask questions, and take your time when embarking on this journey. Your mental health is your choice.
What I want for you
I want you to leave every session more able to recognize your triggers than the week or months before. This means that the moment you leave my office, I want you to carry forward what we discussed into your daily life. Pull these practices into how you think, feel, and behave. Creating more compassionate thoughts, feelings, and behaviors is your choice, and I am here to help.
