Step 1 - Intake Form

Begin by filling out our intake form, which helps us gather essential information.

Step 2 - Select a Session

After you submit your intake, you will be able to schedule a time that works best for you.

Step 3 - Insurance

If you plan to use insurance, we'll take care of verifying your insurance details to streamline the process.

  • If you do not have insurance, we accept self-pay clients and are happy to discuss the cost per session.

    If you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from a non-network insurer, we can provide you with a receipt or superbill containing visit details. You can use this to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier.

  • We recommend you call your insurance provider if you have any specific questions about your insurance coverage.

    Currently, we are in-network with many insurance providers.

    We also accept patients without insurance as self-pay clients and patients with other insurance plans as out-of-network clients.
