Experience Required:

• Minimum of 6 months independently licensed working with clients.

• Proof of professional liability insurance.

• Able to be credentialed on insurance panels for reimbursement.

Salary Range - Salary is commensurate with the amount of billable hours a provider puts into each pay period. Your Choice Mental Health Therapy believes that providers should be able to spend the majority of their time providing patient care. We offer a competitive fee-split model that allows our providers to take home 60-65% of their earnings.

All employees at this time are hired as 1099 Independent Contractors and operate under the Your Choice brand.

Candidates are required to be licensed to practice independently in AR. We will not provide supervision at this time.
